The Old Portslade Brewery Project

Portslade Brewery in Brighton is a Victorian Built Brewery. The Project will include once finished 37 conversion flats and 11 houses totalling 48 Units and commercial space.

The renovation of this c.1850 building must be one of the most rewarding projects Stone Republic has been involved, it is a joy to see not only the site evolving into beautiful homes but also the revamping that the whole area is having, creating a new sense of community at the heart of Portslade Village.

These are some of the internal specification of these units creating a nice and homely feeling through out.

  • Bespoke kitchen with worktop made of "Black Pearl" granite. All designed, fitted and supplied by Stone Republic.

  • Engineered oak floor board supplied by Stone Republic.

  • Calming bathroom design made of "Calacatta" Marble effect porcelain tiles for the walls, "Portland grey" non slip marble effect porcelain on the floor and Grohe appliances. All designed, fitted and supplied by Stone Republic.
